Public/Private Sector Partnership Development

Our central aim is to explain through practical advice and example, how managers in the public, private and voluntary sectors can work together to develop and maintain cross-sectorial partnership.

We are able to present a pragmatic appraisal of the barriers that can prevent the partnership process from operating smoothly; and put forward strategies for overcoming these hurdles. These strategies are drawn from experiences of working with both Inner Cities and Rural Task Forces.

We can highlight those issues that need to be taken into consideration by individuals or organisations that they are already operating in, or might be considering entering into, a partnership initiative.

Successful partnerships are aware of their context and impact this has on the way they must operate in order to develop successful approaches to partnership management.
